Rick Ross’s "Often" stands out as a standout cut from his 2012 album Rich Forever, where the Miami rapper flexes his signature swagger alongside two of hip-hop’s most influential voices. The track features The Weeknd and Schoolboy Q, blending Ross’s commanding flow with the smooth, melodic energy of the duo. Though no producer credits are listed, the song’s polished production and layered beats make it a highlight of the album’s more introspective side.

"Often" sits at number four on Rich Forever, offering a mix of introspection and street credibility. The Weeknd’s velvety vocals and Schoolboy Q’s sharp lyricism add depth, creating a dynamic that balances Ross’s dominant presence with their distinct styles. The track’s genre-blending approach—rooted in hip-hop but infused with R&B and trap influences—makes it a standout moment in Ross’s discography.

While Rich Forever remains a staple of mid-2010s rap, "Often" remains one of its most memorable tracks, showcasing how Ross could seamlessly merge his signature sound with the talents of his featured artists. Though not a chart-topper, its enduring appeal lies in its raw authenticity and the chemistry between the three performers.
